Ha noi, Vietnam - Market Development Specialist (India & Philippines)

1. Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research in India and the Philippines, with a particular focus on target industries such as electronics, automotive, consumer goods, and food and beverage. Identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs.
• Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to penetrate and expand the market. Build strategic partnerships with system integrators, equipment suppliers, and local manufacturers.
• Project Management: Lead automation solution implementation projects from planning to customer handover. Collaborate closely with the engineering team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Business Development: Prospect for new business opportunities, participate in industry events, and present company solutions at seminars and exhibitions.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and generating repeat business.

2. Requirements:

• University degree in engineering, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
• 02 years of experience in the automation industry, with a preference for candidates with experience in emerging markets such as India and the Philippines.
• In-depth understanding of automation solutions, including assembly, packaging, and robotic applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
