Mr. Nguyễn Trọng Thưởng, born in 1979, graduated from Hanoi University of Science and Technology with a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree from The Asian Institute of Technology, studying in industrial technology research. He held management duties at large firms like ABB and Sumitomo before joining ETEK in 2010 as Vice President. He was named ETEK’s President in 2019. Always the big picture thinker and long-term visionary for the company’s directions and operations, he is also known for his resolute actions to reorganize ventures and develop business strategies and products, culminating in many successes.

Mr. Nguyễn Quốc Đạt, born in 1980, graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Hanoi University of Science and Technology majoring in automation and control. He is a founder of ETEK, the dedicated architecture of ETEK’s technological foundation, and manages the training of technicians, product research and development, and technical applications of solutions.

Mrs. Bùi Thị Phương, born in 1976, graduated from the University of Languages and International Studies, of Vietnam National University in Hanoi. With 20 years of experience at Tan Phat, she has held many vital roles from Head of Import-Export Department to Tan Phat’s Vice President, where she directed large-scale key projects. She was named ETEK’s Vice President in 2022. Mrs. Phuong is a respected figure in Tan Phat with valuable contributions in administration, project management, and supply chain organization.
