I. Job Description    

• Data Collection: Conduct surveys and research to gather market data on customer needs, market trends, and information related to competitors.
• Market Analysis: Analyze the collected data to identify market opportunities, development trends, and propose appropriate business solutions.
• Reporting and Proposing: Prepare detailed market reports and suggest strategies for product development or service improvement.
• Supporting Business Strategy: Work closely with departments such as Marketing, Business Development, and Product Development to ensure the effectiveness of market strategies.

II. Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as Economics, Commerce, Marketing, or Social Sciences.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in market research.
• Skills: Acute sensitivity, data collection, planning, good communication, and the use of market development tools.
• Language: Proficient in English, especially in reading and writing professional reports.
• Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, able to work in a multicultural environment.
• Travel: Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Personal Traits: Hard-working, agile, honest, eager to learn, proactive.
• Work Pressure: Ability to withstand job pressure.
• Long-term Commitment: Desire to commit long-term and have a progressive spirit.
