ETEK Partners with the University and College of Technical Technology Quy Nhon to Advance Industry 4.0-Standard Technical Training
ETEK and the Technical Training Equipment Project for the University and College of Technical Technology Quy Nhon

Project Overview

As part of its mission to enhance the quality of technical education in Vietnam, ETEK successfully implemented a project to supply advanced technical training equipment to the University and College of Technical Technology in Quy Nhon. The project focuses on key industrial fields such as PLC, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems — all fundamental areas for practical, industry-aligned education.

More than just an infrastructure upgrade, this project aims to help students gain early access to cutting-edge technology, boosting their job readiness for modern, globalized industrial environments.

Project Objectives

ETEK centered its implementation around three core objectives:
  • Equip students with hands-on, in-depth practical skills across critical industrial sectors.

  • Introduce up-to-date technologies aligned with trends in automation and digital transformation.

  • Develop a high-quality technical workforce capable of adapting quickly to evolving labor market demands, both locally and internationally.

Deployed Training Solutions

Based on the actual needs of the schools and their training strategy focused on “real learning – real practice – real work,” ETEK delivered highly applicable training systems, including:

  • Basic and Advanced Industrial IoT Training Kits: Equip students with knowledge and skills in device connectivity, data transmission, and remote control—key elements in smart manufacturing.

  • Basic Pneumatics Training Kit: Helps students understand the principles and industrial applications of pneumatic systems.

  • Basic and Advanced Hydraulics Training Kits: Provide hands-on experience with hydraulic drive systems, widely used in heavy machinery and industrial automation.

  • DC and Synchronous Motor Generator Experiment Kits: Enhance students' understanding of the operation and maintenance of various types of electric motors and generators.

  • Three-Phase Transformer Experiment Kit: Offers foundational knowledge on transformer operation and applications in electrical engineering.

Project Outcomes

The project has significantly improved teaching and hands-on learning conditions at both institutions:

  • Students now gain direct experience with real-world industrial equipment, enhancing their ability to apply theoretical knowledge to future work environments.

  • Instructors benefit from access to modern technologies, enabling them to enhance course quality and stay updated with industry practices.

  • The upgraded training facilities now serve as a model for modern, high-tech education, helping bridge the gap between academia and industry.

ETEK’s Long-Term Commitment

ETEK’s support doesn’t end with equipment delivery. The company continues to accompany the institutions through:

  • Instructor training programs to help faculty stay current with evolving technologies and optimize their teaching methods.

  • Technical support and solution updates to ensure the systems remain effective and aligned with industry needs.

  • Strategic consulting to develop modern practice centers that strengthen ties between education and enterprise.

This collaboration between ETEK and the University & College of Technical Technology in Quy Nhon stands as a strong example of education aligned with industry. It plays a pivotal role in training the next generation of engineers — confident, competent, and prepared for the challenges of global industrial transformation.
