At “A New Day in Hoa Lac 2026,” ETEK reaffirmed its commitment to working alongside Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU), to develop a highly skilled workforce, promote technology adoption, and strengthen collaboration between industry and higher education.
Under the theme of “Partnering with VNU to Address the Nation’s Major Challenges,” ETEK highlighted two key activities: the inauguration of the Smart Factory Training Center at VNU’s Practical Training Center and the presentation of ETEK scholarships to outstanding VNU students

1. Smart Factory Training Center Inauguration: Bringing Advanced Manufacturing into Education
One of the key highlights of ETEK’s participation was the inauguration of the Smart Factory Training Center at VNU’s Practical Training Center.
ETEK was honored to welcome Deputy Prime Minister Ho Quoc Dung and Minister of Education and Training Hoang Minh Son during their visit to the facility and the inauguration ceremony.
The Smart Factory Training Center is designed to provide a practical learning environment where students can explore industrial automation technologies and gain exposure to modern manufacturing operations. By connecting theoretical knowledge with hands-on practice, the facility supports the development of engineering skills and practical technology capabilities.
As digital transformation and Industry 4.0 continue to reshape manufacturing, Smart Factory-based training provides an opportunity for learners to become familiar with the technologies and operational approaches used in modern industrial environments.
This initiative also represents a meaningful step toward strengthening practice-oriented education and preparing graduates to meet the evolving needs of industry.

2. ETEK Scholarships: Supporting Outstanding VNU Students
Alongside its contribution to practical training, ETEK awarded scholarships to outstanding students at VNU.
The initiative reflects ETEK’s commitment to supporting young talent and encouraging academic excellence, research, and innovation. The scholarships also aim to motivate students to further develop their expertise, strengthen their professional capabilities, and prepare for future career opportunities.
Developing a highly skilled workforce requires not only relevant learning environments but also active engagement from industry in encouraging talent and supporting students throughout their educational journeys.
Through the scholarship program, ETEK continues to demonstrate its commitment to education and the development of future professionals equipped with technical knowledge, innovative thinking, and the ability to adapt to technological change.

3. Strengthening Industry–Academia Collaboration
Collaboration between technology companies and higher education institutions plays an important role in bridging the gap between academic learning and the practical requirements of the labor market.
ETEK’s activities at A New Day in Hoa Lac 2026 reflect its approach to working with VNU in two key areas: advancing technology-enabled practical education and supporting outstanding students.
The Smart Factory Training Center gives learners opportunities to explore modern manufacturing technologies, while the scholarship program encourages academic achievement and supports the development of young talent.
Together, these initiatives contribute to a stronger foundation for workforce development, innovation, and industrial advancement in Vietnam.

ETEK: Connecting Technology, Education, and Talent for a Smarter Industrial Future
ETEK’s participation in A New Day in Hoa Lac 2026 marks another meaningful step in connecting technology, education, and workforce development.
By supporting VNU through practical training infrastructure and student scholarships, ETEK aims to contribute to the development of a highly skilled workforce prepared for the changing demands of the modern economy and industrial sector.
