Safety – A Core Value in Sustainable Development Strategy
As part of its sustainable development strategy, Tan Phat ETEK regards safety as a fundamental pillar across all business operations, project implementations, and manufacturing activities. More than a compliance requirement, safety has become an integral part of the company's culture, contributing to stable and long-term organizational growth.
To strengthen safety awareness and leadership responsibilities in safety management, Tan Phat ETEK organized the "Safety Culture for Leadership Team" training program, bringing together executives and managers from across the Group.

Strengthening Leadership's Role in Building a Safety Culture
The training program was facilitated by Mr. Nguyen Tri Thong, a highly experienced expert in Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS), Environmental and Social Management Systems (ESMS), and Engineering Facilities Management.
During the program, participants discussed and updated their knowledge on key topics, including:
- The role of leadership in creating and maintaining a safe working environment.
- Proactive identification and control of workplace risks.
- Developing a safety-first mindset in daily operations.
- Promoting safety culture across departments, projects, and business activities.
In addition to theoretical knowledge, the management team gained practical insights to enhance safety management effectiveness and support the development of a more professional and sustainable working environment.

Building a Safety Culture Through Leadership Awareness
At Tan Phat ETEK, safety goes beyond following procedures or complying with regulations. It represents a commitment to employees, customers, and partners in every aspect of business operations.
Every management decision, operational activity, and project implementation must be carried out with safety considerations for people, equipment, and systems at its core. Therefore, investing in leadership training is a crucial step toward building a strong and sustainable safety culture from the ground up.
Tan Phat ETEK believes that a truly safe workplace can only be established when awareness, responsibility, and proactive commitment begin with the organization's leaders.
