On the afternoon of May 16, 2026, ETEK Automation Solutions Joint Stock Company, in collaboration with Ha Tinh College of Technology, officially held the Opening Ceremony of the Enterprise-Based Mechatronics Training Program at ETEK Hanoi headquarters.

The event marked an important milestone in the development of an enterprise-integrated training model, where students can directly access industrial technologies, equipment systems, and real production environments throughout their learning journey.
As the manufacturing industry enters a period of rapid transformation driven by industrial robots, artificial intelligence (AI), smart factories, and production automation systems, the demand for highly skilled technical personnel continues to rise significantly. However, the gap between academic training and practical industry requirements remains a major challenge for technical education today.
In response to this demand, ETEK has developed a training model based on the philosophy of “From Learning to Working,” enabling students not only to acquire foundational knowledge but also to gain hands-on experience with real operational technologies in modern industrial enterprises.

ETEK – Bridging the Gap Between “Learning” and “Working” in Automation
At ETEK, students study in an environment designed to closely simulate real manufacturing systems. The training program follows a clearly structured competency development roadmap, combining engineering mindset, implementation skills, and adaptability to modern industrial environments.
Students participating in the program will have direct access to advanced technologies such as Industrial PLCs, Industrial Robots, SCADA systems, AI Vision, AGV/AMR technologies, and Smart Factory models — all of which play key roles in today’s smart manufacturing trends.

Beyond technical expertise, the program also focuses on developing industrial thinking, project implementation skills, understanding of factory culture, and the ability to operate systems according to enterprise standards.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Dat, representative of the leadership board of ETEK Automation Solutions Joint Stock Company, stated:
“We aim to create a learning environment where students can directly engage with real technologies, real systems, and real operational processes. Early exposure helps them better understand industry requirements while building confidence before entering the professional workplace.”
According to ETEK representatives, technical education is not only about providing knowledge but also about preparing long-term professional capabilities for the future workforce.
“Modern industry is evolving rapidly. What businesses need is not only people with knowledge, but individuals who can adapt to new technologies and understand how systems operate in real-world environments. That is also the direction ETEK pursues in its training programs.”
Through this program, ETEK continues to affirm its role as a strategic partner to educational institutions in developing high-quality technical human resources, contributing to the growth of Vietnam’s education–manufacturing–technology ecosystem.
With a training approach built around technologies currently operating in modern factories, ETEK aims to provide students with a modern, practical learning environment aligned with the future development needs of the industrial sector.
