The project to construct VinFast's electric vehicle manufacturing plant in the Vũng Áng Economic Zone (Kỳ Anh Town, Hà Tĩnh Province) has officially commenced. The plant is designed with an initial production capacity of 300,000 vehicles per year, which can be expanded to 600,000 vehicles per year, creating up to 15,000 jobs in subsequent phases. The project is expected to be completed by July 2025.

Tân Phát ETEK has achieved a major milestone by delivering the first shipment for the automotive painting line project at VinFast Hà Tĩnh. This project marks a new step forward in applying advanced painting technology, optimizing the production process, and ensuring the highest quality for the next generation of electric vehicles.
 

Details of the Automation Painting Line

The system covers both plastic painting and body painting:

• Phase 1 capacity: 35 JPH (vehicles per hour)
• Phase 2 capacity: 70 JPH (vehicles per hour)
• Total number of automatic painting robots: 22 robots
