On the morning of December 4th, ETEK had the honor of welcoming 50 faculty members and students from the University of Mindanao (Philippines), representing the Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering departments. This was an important event that strengthened international connections and facilitated the exchange of technological knowledge, helping students and faculty learn more about technology applications in automation and Industry 4.0.
Introduction to ETEK and Key Projects
The visit began with an introduction to ETEK, where the delegation learned about the company’s key projects and explored ETEK’s dynamic and innovative corporate culture. This session provided an excellent opportunity for students and faculty to gain an overview of the automation field and smart technologies, as well as a deeper understanding of career development opportunities at ETEK.
Exploring Advanced Technological Solutions at ETEK
Following the introduction, the delegation toured ETEK’s production and research areas, observing firsthand how advanced technological equipment is developed. They also visited the technology demonstration center at the ETEK Technology Engineering Building, which showcases smart factory (FATS) models and automation demo stations.
This visit offered students and faculty the chance to directly experience cutting-edge technologies and explore production optimization solutions, helping them stay informed about current trends in automation and Industry 4.0.
