KEY IMPLEMENTED PROJECTS
1. Automated Painting Line for a Motorcycle Manufacturing Plant
The first project was an automated painting line serving a European two-wheeler brand with a manufacturing facility in Vietnam. Strict requirements in aesthetics, durability, working environment, and color consistency posed significant challenges.
Tân Phát ETEK successfully integrated high-pressure spray painting robots, a closed-loop paint circulation system, ISO-class standard paint booths, exhaust gas treatment systems, and VOC solvent recovery units.
This project laid a critical foundation for Tân Phát ETEK to develop deep technical expertise, paving the way for more advanced and large-scale painting projects in the future
2. Painting Line Project for an Electric Vehicle Manufacturing Plant
With the rapid rise of the electric vehicle industry, Tân Phát ETEK was selected as the system integrator for the painting line dedicated to EV body frames and chassis—where the expectations go far beyond “beautiful finishes” to encompass performance optimization, data connectivity, and full-process management.
Key technologies implemented include:
- Spray painting robots integrated with real-time film thickness measurement sensors.
- Smart paint booths capable of automatically adjusting airflow, pressure, and temperature based on each specific vehicle model.
- A plant-wide SCADA system to manage and store production data, enabling traceability and quality control for each individual frame.
Notable sub-projects include:
- Electrostatic powder coating line for car seat frames – 750,000 sets/year- Two-tone painting lines with capacities of 8 JPH NET and 15 JPH NET
- Painting line for automotive bumpers with a capacity of 6–8 JPH NET
3. Exporting Automated Painting Lines to International Markets (India, Indonesia) – 50,000 Vehicles/Year

ETEK has successfully implemented a project to supply and install 5 Markem-Imaje 9750+ industrial inkjet printers for an electronic components factory. The project's goal is to replace old printing equipment and meet the increasing requirements for resolution and accuracy in printing micro QR codes on electronic products.
ETEK implemented the Pick to Light system for 15 Kitting areas and 7 Sequencing areas with a total of 3,575 components, reducing picking time, reducing errors and increasing productivity. The project included mechanical and electrical installation, integration with the manufacturing management system (MES) and operator training. The result: increased operational efficiency, synchronized data management, stable operation, meeting the high requirements of the automotive industry.
