Client’s requirements for ETEK:
- Strict compliance with design, installation, wiring, and connection standards as provided
- Ensure accurate and aesthetically pleasing glue dispensing that meets specified standards
- Cleaning process must be safe and must not affect components
- The line must be safe, equipped with safety sensors
- The system must operate synchronously, stably, and continuously
- Finished product quality must be ≥ 99.9%, OEE ≥ 97%

ETEK supplied a complete speaker assembly line, consisting of three main functional stations:
Yoke Cleaning Station:
- Workers load Yoke parts onto the step conveyor
- Automatically moves through dust removal positions
- Then transferred to the pick-and-place area leading to the output conveyor
- Ensures Yoke components are thoroughly cleaned before the next stage
Magnet Cleaning Station:
- Similar process as Yoke: loading – dust removal – transfer
- Effectively removes dust that could affect glue quality and assembly
Glue Dispensing Station:
- After being assembled on the pallet, parts are moved to the glue station
- Robot dispenses glue with high precision
- Pallet positioning system ensures glue is applied in the correct position
- After gluing, the pallet is moved out for further assembly and curing

- Stable and continuous operation, suitable for high-intensity production lines
